I am currently a PhD candidate of condensed matter physics at Isfahan University of Technology. I am a member of  experimental condenced matter physics research group.

Research Interests :

  • Synthesis and investigation the physical properties of nanostructured thin layers and nanostructured semiconductors like, CuO, WO3, ZnOMoO3, SnO2, etc.
  • Fabrication and structural, optical & electrical characterization of Transparent conducting oxides (TCO’s) like FTO, etc.
  • Fabrication and application of p-n heterojunction layers for use in rectifiers, photo-diodes, solar cells, gas sensors, etc.
  • Synthesis and application of one dimensional (1D) nanostructures such as nanowires, nanorods and core-shell structures for using in electro-optical and gas sensor devices.
  • Synthesis and fabrication of ferroelectric nano-powders and nano-composite ceramics such as Lead Zirconat Titanate (Pb(ZrXTi1-X)O3) for using in electro-mechanical sensors.
  • Synthesis and fabrication of optical materials such as MgF2, ZnSe and ZnS for using in ultra wide band transparent optical windows
  • Study and synthesis of Plasmonic materials (Au, Ag, etc Nanoparticles) for sensing applications.
  • Design and fabrication of the optoelectronic nano-devices.
